| If you need even one more reason to buy a ticket to the Flight NZ Kiwi Ball, here it is: Alex Leung, a Hong Kong-based contemporary artist and interior designer will be displaying some of his fantastic work at the upcoming Kiwi Ball! Alex has returned to Hong Kong, after living in New Zealand. He is best known for his acclaimed ‘Liquefaction’ series. Alex creates dynamic acrylic works composed of flowing, interlocking lines that blur the boundaries between objects and space. Transforming everyday scenes into unexpected rhythms of form and colour, the work explores the tension between social structure and personal freedom. Alex’s art has been exhibited internationally – from Auckland to London,Tokyo and Hong Kong. He has also been recognised by several major global art awards.
